The large community meeting place in the middle represents Aspen Medical as the centre hub, with pathways linking out to communities and showing Aspen Medical's commitment to ongoing healthcare. Smaller meeting places represent communities across the country. The centre symbol represents health and healing, with mind above, body and soul below, Country in the bottom right, and Culture in the top right. The feet and animal tracks represent the journey to health and healing, keeping song and dance alive with a spiritual connection to ancestors and the Dreaming.
This artwork tells a story about two sisters and their children, being protected and guided through life by their mothers' spirit and unconditional love. The design shows multiple meeting places representing the many branches within the family.
